The membership ends if the membership period has ended and the member has not renewed membership. In case membership fees due are not paid, FEMSA has the right to terminate the membership of the company involved. In case a member deploys activities that may harm the interests of the FEMSA significantly, or in case a member acts in a way that is in severe contradiction with FEMSA's aims and nature, FEMSA withholds the right to end the membership of the member involved. Any member has the right to terminate his or her membership before the formal end of the membership period. Termination has to be sent in writing to the FEMSA Administrator and does not constitute any right of reimbursement of membership fees. End of membership, either at the end of the membership period or by intermediate termination does not constitute any right of reimbursement of membership fees. By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the FEMSA member portal?
Please note that the FEMSA member portal is to be used by members of FEMSA only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by FEMSA staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the FEMSA member portal are safe and friendly, FEMSA staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted. This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact.
